The Delaware Regional Partner offers comprehensive training to all healthcare providers, HIV prevention professionals, and intersecting services to enhance the life of those affected by HIV and create an HIV-free community. We are led by our Medical Director, Adam Skrzynski, an ID and HIV physician, public health consultant, MPH Candidate, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College.
We have provided Level III training since 1988 and have an ongoing collaboration with Ryan White Care Act (RWCA) providers, faith-based agencies, and the Delaware Division of Public Health. The program provides personalized needs assessment, clinical consultations, technical assistance, didactic and interactive presentation virtually or in person, self-paced education, and coaching to professionals ranging from novice to experienced learners. We understand Delaware’s urban and rural landscape and incorporate these dynamics into our educations.
We are housed out of ChristianaCare, a leading healthcare provider in the region and one of the country’s most dynamic healthcare organizations, centered on improving health outcomes, making high-quality care more accessible, and lowering healthcare costs. The ChristianaCare William J. Holloway Community Program has five clinical sites throughout the state and provides care for an estimated 65 percent of patients who access HIV care in Delaware.
