Pennsylvania Ryan White Part C/D Collaboration

DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Pennsylvania Ryan White Part C and D Coordination Project is to provide a forum for peer learning, collaboration, and facilitated discussions to address emerging issues and challenges in HIV care among the Ryan White Part C and D programs across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

COLLABORATIVE AIMS

To provide a forum for peer support and facilitated discussions to address current and emerging issues and solve problems among the Part C/D recipients.
To function as a Community of Practice among the membership for obtaining input on approaches, best practices, and policies in Ryan White clinics.
To keep updated on HRSA’s program requirements and new guidelines.
To utilize the community of practice to inform quality management within Ryan White Clinics.
To identify training topics needed by the membership to strengthen and improve program implementation and patient care.
To link membership to MAAETC training and technical assistance to their clinic team.
To link membership to HRSA and other federal, state, and local resources.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR INVOLVEMENT

Membership:

The MAAETC Ryan White Part C/D Collaborative membership is open to providers of the Ryan White Program Parts C and D.

PA Ryan White Part C/D Collaborative Quarterly Meetings:

The Part C/D Collaborative meets every other month on the second Thursday of the month at 1:00pm. Each virtual meeting will have an organization spotlight and special topic, as well as time for inter-agency discussion and goal setting for the future.
