Affordable Care Enrollment (ACE) TA Center

ACE Flyer

The ACE TA Center helps Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) grantees and providers enroll diverse clients, especially people of color, in new health insurance options and builds providers' cultural competence.

Under the Affordable Care Act, many RWHAP clients are eligible for new health insurance options, including Medicaid and Marketplace plans. To extend RWHAP resources and provide these clients with comprehensive health coverage, grantees and providers should vigorously pursue enrolling clients in health insurance options.

The ACE TA Center provides practical tools and resources to support outreach, enrollment, post-enrollment and renewal/re-enrollment activities. Our technical assistance and training approach is responsive to grantee and provider needs and informed by best practices for culturally competent outreach and enrollment.
