The Sussex County HIV Prevention and Care Collaborative is a community of practice that brings together healthcare providers, public health professionals, community-based organizations, social service partners, advocates, and people with lived experience who service and support people affected by HIV in Sussex County. Through regular learning and networking sessions, participants will share local resources and promising practices, explore barriers to HIV prevention and care specific to Sussex County, strengthen referral relationships, and work together to improve coordination across the continuum of care. Monthly meetings will feature Sussex County updates, educational topics, resource spotlights, and practical problem-solving focused on improving access, advancing equity, and strengthening outcomes for people affected by HIV.

This month, participants will hear from a panel of experts representing the Delaware HIV Consortium, Novus, Holloway Community Program, and DPH STI Clinics. Panelists will discuss how their organizations reach and support people affected by HIV in Sussex County; the services they offer; how to make referrals; and ways other professionals can collaborate with them.
