1. Define human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and explain how HIV is transmitted.
2. Identify FDA-approved medications used for HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
3. Discuss the impact of HIV-related stigma on individuals and access to healthcare.
4. Identify resources and strategies for linking people with HIV to appropriate medical care and community support services.
