This Community of Practice (CoP) is for Delaware professionals working with populations affected by HIV. This will be a safe space to come together monthly to learn more tools for our toolbox to support communities, become trusted messengers, empower clients to engage in their health, reduce the rates of HIV acquisition and co-occurring conditions and help those with HIV reach viral suppression.
This Month's Workshop Title: Collaboration Carousel

This activity provides an opportunity to build professional connections, share best practices, learn from peers, and explore collaborative solutions to improve health outcomes for those affected by HIV and co-occurring conditions. Participants will rotate through topic-based discussion stations to exchange ideas, address challenges, and share effective strategies related to HIV prevention, care, co-occurring conditions, and community engagement.
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Discuss approaches for strengthening community partnerships and improving service delivery
- Explore opportunities for collaboration to enhance HIV-related health outcomes within their communities.
- Exchange promising practices and lessons learned with multidisciplinary professionals.
