We provided technical assistance for a group that convened to conduct a collaborative SWOT analysis of Delaware’s HIV care and prevention continuum, with the goal of:

• Identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across the statewide system
• Informing the next 5-year Integrated HIV Prevention & Care Plan (due June 30, 2026)
• Strengthening collaboration across agencies
• Beginning to prioritize high-impact, feasible action items
• Establishing momentum for ongoing collective work
