This is a meeting with Delaware Healthy Mother Infant and Children Social Determinants of Health meeting.  I provided HIV TA by representing key factors important to HIV Prevention and Care for Mothers, Infants, and Children. 

I attended this meeting to strengthen our connections and ensure HIV is properly represented in their work.
