The Howard University Regional Partner site invites you to explore, "The Pharmacist’s Role in Primary Care Settings: HIV Treatment & Prevention". Due to existing provider shortages, particularly in rural communities, the role of the Pharmacist has become even more essential with support persons with HIV needing clinical support. This training will shed more light on this developing role for Pharmacists and special considerations for ensure success when caring for your patients.
