Description: In this session, we will provide a comprehensive overview of national and local statistics impacting HIV prevention and care. We will explore current services for individuals with HIV, with a particular focus on Delaware's unique HIV Care Continuum. This educational session will examine how healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies collaborate to deliver comprehensive care and prevention services.
