This Clinical Preceptorship aims to improve patient outcomes by increasing providers’ knowledge and understanding of HIV disease and HIV prevention. We also aim to increase clinicians’ ability and confidence in the provision of primary care to Persons with HIV as well as preventing HIV by providing a case-driven learning experience under the direction and guidance of Infectious Disease Specialists.
Agenda:
Prior to in person component: participate in virtual Clinical Scholars didactic session
8AM-3PM: Shadow with ID Physician in Positive Health Clinic
Take a break for lunch, time dependent upon clinician's schedule.

Must be a provider or nurse in WV to participate. Dentists, MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, LPN, etc.
