Requirements and Pre-requisites:
1) All attendees must have attended the HIV Prevention Counseling Series: The Facts and the Fundamentals classes in their entirety in the state of Virginia in the past 12 months. The information provided in these courses build upon each other.
2) To be considered for this class, please ensure that we have a copy of all of your certificates of completion from The Facts live and online module sessions and the Fundamental's training. Once all certificates of completion have been uploaded, you will be provided the event access code. Applicants will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Course Description:
Waived Rapid HIV Testing is a skills-building workshop that will allow participants to practice administering two rapid HIV tests (Insti and ALERE Determine) through didactic and hands-on modules. Participants will practice integrating the six steps of prevention counseling into the rapid-rapid HIV testing process

Certificates of Completion:
Certificates will be provided upon completion of this program which confirms 8 hours of training.
