Description: In this session, we will provide a comprehensive overview of national and local statistics impacting HIV prevention and care. We will explore current services for individuals living with HIV, with a particular focus on Delaware's unique HIV Care Continuum. This educational session will examine how healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies collaborate to deliver comprehensive care and prevention services. Additionally, we will review the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) and discuss strategies that have proven highly effective in achieving viral suppression among those with HIV.
