• Integrate Legal and Clinical Perspectives Critically analyze the ethical, legal, and clinical dimensions of medical decision-making, including advance directives, powers of attorney, and simple wills, to support informed and culturally sensitive client advising across professional disciplines.

• Facilitate Interprofessional Collaboration Demonstrate effective communication and role clarity among lawyers, nurses, social workers, and physicians to collaboratively guide clients and families through end-of-life planning and surrogate decision-making processes.

• Apply Practical Advising Skills Develop and apply client-centered strategies for initiating and navigating conversations about future medical care preferences, legal documentation, and estate planning, using case-based scenarios and simulated practice.
