Training for Nationz Foundation on HIV Clinical Quality Management.
HIV Clinical Quality Management (CQM) training focuses on improving the quality of HIV services by enhancing client care and outcomes, often through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP). Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Describe HRSA and VDH requirements for Clinical Quality Management in Ryan White-funded programs.
- Identify tools for establishing and measuring data quality.
- Develop a PDSA cycle and fishbone diagram
- Plan CQM processes for the coming year
