This course is designed for medical and behavioral health providers who want to revisit best practices, and those who are in the process of planning, implementing, or modifying current practices around hepatitis B and C services. It covers the tests needed to screen for both hepatitis B and C, the vaccination recommendations for hepatitis B, strategies to integrate these services into both medical and behavioral health settings, and includes considerations needed for patients with co-occurring conditions (specifically, patients with HIV), social drivers of health and substance use disorders. Patient and provider education resources will be provided. Priority registration is given to providers practicing in Philadelphia. 

2. Identify the 2-tests needed to diagnose HCV. 

3. Identify the 3-test panel for HBV. 

4. Summarize ACIP recommendations for HBV vaccination. 

5. Explain how HIV affects the disease state of people with viral hepatitis. 

6. List three strategies to implement testing, vaccination, and linkage to care services into practice setting.
