The Capacity and Expertise Expansion (CEE) Series is an educational and training initiative designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare team members involved in HIV prevention, care, and treatment.
This interactive series focuses on deepening participants' understanding and practical application of HIV care beyond the initial identification of infection and assessment of newly diagnosed patients.

By the end of this session, the learner will be able to:
Describe trends in the incidence of opportunistic infections in people with HIV.
Identify the clinical manifestations of common opportunistic infections in the US among people with HIV and describe treatment options.
Discuss recommendations for antiretroviral therapy and treatment of specific opportunistic infections concurrently.
