Join us at the DoubleTree by Hilton Charlottesville for the 2023 Virginia Ryan White Quality Management Summit! Note: This event is created and led by the organizations listed below, this is not a program of the MidAtlantic AIDS Education and Training Center.
The Virginia Department of Health in collaboration with the VCU HIV Education program will hold the annual Virginia Ryan White Quality Management Summit. This year's theme is:
Banding Together: Creating a Harmonious Quality Management Team
The summit is designed to build capacity among Ryan White Providers (Part A, B, C, D, and F) and consumers to conduct quality improvement activities and enlarge the pool of Quality Improvement trainees statewide.
Plenary Sessions will include:
- Everyone Has a Seat at the QM Table: What's My Contribution to QM
- Improving Coordination of Care Across Interdisciplinary Teams
- Evidence-based Treatments for Clients Engaging in Chemsex
- Housing Post-Pandemic
- Managing Provider Burnout
A regional breakout session will also be held to encourage and facilitate networking opportunities.

The summit will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Charlottesville, 990 Hilton Heights Road Charlottesville, VA 22901. Attendees coming from more than 25 miles away may request a hotel room to be provided at no cost.
NOTE: Space is limited and rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis so register early. Hotel confirmations will be sent out in October.

In support of improving patient care, VCU Health Continuing Education is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 6.5 continuing education credits.
