This all-virtual series will utilize case studies to expand upon specific content foundational for case managers in Pennsylvania.
Goal:
This series will provide initial and ongoing training for case managers as they are on-boarded within specific agencies and programs. The goal of this training plan is to provide all Ryan White Part B Case Managers (CM) statewide with fundamental and foundational case management knowledge and skills to provide quality services for their clients.

- Discuss trauma-informed care as related to HIV risk, prevention and treatment
- Identify trauma-informed approaches to enhance client care utilizing case studies
- Discuss secondary trauma and identify self-care techniques
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the post-training evaluation.
