Objectives

Describe a demonstration project for virtual support to decrease isolation and depression in older adults aging with HIV
Identify strategies used to engage persons aging with HIV that impact quality of life
Describe challenges and success to empower older adults to consider employment

Speaker: Sylvester Askins, Director of Health Programs at the Urban League of Hampton Roads.

Intended Audience

medical and non-medical case managers, social workers, allied health, community health workers, counselors and therapists

CEU's will be provided for social workers, counselors and therapists
