The Howard University regional partner of the Mid-Atlantic AIDS Education and Training Center is collaborating with Howard University's Office of Faculty Development to offer this lecture. Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able:
- Describe the required screenings to initiate primary care for an HIV positive individual
- Describe routine tests and intervals for administration to optimize HIV patients' care
- Describe preventive medical screenings for HIV positive patients.
This course is approved for Continuing Medical Education (CME) through Howard University College of Medicine, Office of Continuing Medical Education. The university's continuing medical education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
