This series will provide initial and ongoing training for case managers as they are on-boarded within specific agencies and programs. The goal of this training plan is to provide all Ryan White Part B Case Managers (CM) statewide with fundamental and foundational case management knowledge and skills to provide quality services for their clients.

1. To review the benefits available to clients with HIV
2. To explain Medicare and Medicaid benefits
3. To discuss Medical Assistance, MAWD, Healthy Horizons, and SPBP

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the post-training evaluation.
