This all-virtual series will utilize case studies to expand upon specific content foundational for case managers in Pennsylvania.
GOAL:
This series will provide initial and ongoing training for case managers as they are on-boarded within specific agencies and programs. The goal of this training plan is to provide all Ryan White Part B Case Managers (CM) statewide with fundamental and foundational case management knowledge and skills to provide quality services for their clients.

- To describe the modes of transmission
- To explain the importance of treatment adherence and prevention of transmission
