Description

Patient on Biktarvy taken off secondary to elevation of Scr 6.45.

Other co-morbid conditions present.

Normalized renal function, restart of Biktarvy. TB-Quantiferon positive (Chest X-ray negative).

Treatment options for LTBI in light of interactions and any new data based on guidelines.
