Description

Case Review Team meeting of the FIMR-HIV Philadelphia Project.

Discuss gaps in and barriers to care for pregnant and postpartum women with HIV.
Identify changes needed to improve systems of care for the community.

CME and Social Work credits offered.

Target audience: Clinicians, social service providers and other team members caring for pregnant and postpartum women with HIV.
