Cultural humility- Participants will discuss cultural humility, looking at its definitions, aspects, lenses, and its effects on patient care. 

LGBTQIA+- Gender Affirming Care: The emergency department nurse residency program session will cover LGBTQIA+ issues and description of how to utilize pronouns. Gender affirming care will be explored and how to incorporate into daily practice. Discussion surrounding conscious and unconscious bias to explore potential barriers into gender affirming care. 

This will be a closed session for the ED Residents.

No Continuing Education Credits will be offered for this session.
