- Review epidemiology of populations combatting highest risk for HIV and HCV
- Review syndemic model of substance abuse and HIV and HCV acquisition
- Discuss effective prevention efforts: MAT, safe syringe programs, condoms, PrEP, testing and treatment
- Discuss current research and future needs
