Description

This 1.5 hour interactive training will discuss Motivational Interviewing strategies and the stages of change for communities that require special consideration and people with HIV and SUD.

Objectives:

  • Identify processes to engage clients/patients to move towards change 
  • Describe the stages of change (pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance) in the adoption of healthy behaviors.
