The Impact of Race-Based Stress and Racial Trauma on Patient Care webinar will discuss:                                         

Objectives

  • To identify the types of racial trauma and stressors
  • Review the impact racial trauma, micro-aggressions can have on physical and mental health
  • Examine strategies to reduce Race-Based stressors in healthcare and in the community.
  • Increase education and awareness of implicit racial bias
  • Discuss ways to address, manage and heal from racial trauma.
