This webinar will help participants understand the factors which place sexual and gender minorities (SGM) at greater risk for COVID-19 disparities. This webinar will also describe the effects of COVID-19 on SGM in the United States, describe how SGM with HIV have been affected by COVID-19, discuss steps healthcare professionals must take to address these disparities, and identify future strategies that can be used to ensure sexual and gender minorities receive equitable care in future disasters.
