The MidAtlantic AIDS Education and Training Center (MAAETC),  the Virginia HIV/AIDS Resource and Consultation Center (VHARCC), and  the Virginia Department of Health (VDH)  are partnering to provide a weekly Virginia Case Management Community of Practice Call.   This call will help case managers share best practices and strategies for keep clients engaged in care and virally suppressed through virtual/telehealth service delivery models during a public health emergency. 

Each call will include a self-care activity for case managers, a 15 minute mini-presentation, and 30 minutes to case conference and share best practices. This program will be offered using the Zoom platform.
