Join us at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center for the 2020 Case Management Summit!
The Virginia Department of Health, in collaboration with the MidAtlantic AETC Virginia Regional Partners and Virginia HIV/AIDS Resource and Consultation Center, will hold the fifth annual Case Management Summit called
"Are We Asking the Right Questions?"
The summit is designed to provide Medical and Non-Medical Case Managers an opportunity to learn new skills, discuss best practices, and network with colleagues from other parts of the state.
Agenda items will include: Aging and HIV, the Project EMPOWER program , exercises for self-care for case managers and other relevant Case Management topics.

The summit will be held at the historic Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center at 110 Shenandoah Ave NW, Roanoke, VA 24016. Case managers coming from more than 25 miles away may request a hotel room to be provided at no cost.
NOTE: Space is limited and rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis so register early. The deadline to request a hotel room is February 5th, 2020.
