Description
This Pre-Conference Learning Collaborative is designed for Philadelphia providers currently funded via the DHH low-threshold service delivery project. The half-day lunch and afternoon session will include presentations on the project data and interactive collaboration. Participants will utilize the presented data along with observations from their own practices to identify barriers and strategies for advancing sexual wellness care from a practical perspective.
Intended Audience
By invitation. Specifically for Philadelphia providers currently enrolled in the DHH low-threshold service delivery project: Health Center 1, Bebashi, Mazzoni, Courage Medicine, possibly 1 Latinx new agency.
