Issues, challenges and solutions that impact health care and quality of life for people living and aging with HIV involve two intersecting health policy areas- HIV and Gerontology. This intersection is magnified by the substantial economic and social inequities that affect health.
This session will discuss national health policy efforts that are important to maintaining and improving quality of life and mitigating health disparities for people living and aging with HIV in the United States.
This event is the fourth in a series of 7 virtual trainings that were included on the former Graying of HIV full day Conference. The entire series (and associated evaluations) must be completed in order to claim CME, CNE and CPE credits.
