This educational event aims to provide attendees with the most recent information on noteworthy foci related to opioid use in West Virgina and the effects on public health. This event offers a dynamic course agenda with expert faculty speaking on subjects that have an impact on opiod use. This training session is sponsored by the Mid Atlantic Training Centers for Health and Human Services (MATCHHS) in partnership with the West Virginia State Office of Rural Health. MATCHHS is a regional collaborative of HHS/HRSA funded training and technical assistance centers who work together to provide training resources, technical assistance and workforce development for stakeholders throughout the states of DC, DE, MD, PA, VA and WV.
This training will be held concurrently with the West Virginia Rural Health and Primary Care Forum-- August 31, 2017-September 1, 2017.
