Description

This seminar centers the Medical Case Manager, their mental health and well-being. Medical Case Managers frequently report experiences of secondary trauma, compassion fatigue and burnout as an outgrowth of the challenging work they do. This seminar offers tools for mitigating forms of trauma, practicing self-care and fostering community resilience.
