HIV PrEP - Present and Future with Long-Acting Injectables
Objectives:
1. Discuss existing CDC PrEP therapy guidelines and treatment benefits and challenges with current management options.
2.Identify long-acting PrEP therapies currently in the development pipeline and their potential role in PrEP management.
3. Explain at least two differences between existing and new PrEP management options.
4.Describe potential access to care issues that might arise in individuals at high risk of contracting HIV.
5.Discuss health disparity issues for patients living with HIV and at-risk populations.
