Description

As patients with HIV are living longer, healthier lives on antiretrovirals, care guidelines have been updated to incorporate both HIV specific care as well as age related care. 

Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to :

  • Describe requiired screenings to initiate primary care for an individual with HIV
  • Describe routine tests to optimize HIV patient care
  • Describe preventive medical screenings for patients with HIV
