This experience sharing program is a direct follow-up from the AIDS Free Pittsburgh PrEP/RAPID trainings of April 2017 and October 2017. Participants from local organizations will present their progress on action steps outlined for PrEP and RAPID Linkage to Care implementation. These key strategies are part of the effort to reach the AIDS Free Pittsburgh goals of zero new AIDS cases and a 75% reduction in the rate of new HIV cases by 2020.
Audience
Participants will come from the network of STD, HIV prevention and HIV and FQHC Care workforce and leadership, including medical providers, clinic managers, social workers, navigators, DIS staff, administrators.
Your organization is invited to send a team of those responsible for HIV PrEP and RAPID implementation at your organization to participate in this experience sharing session. The participants may or may not have attended the April or October 2017 trainings. Your team should be comprised of:
1. Clinical representatives (i.e. medical providers, social workers, navigators)
2. Administrative representatives (i.e. clinic managers, program managers, executive directors)

Objectives
1. Identify current practice changes in implementing expansion of PrEP and RAPID, including role changes, patient flow, organizational processes and communication systems
2. Outline clear action steps for PrEP and RAPID integration
