Description

This was a clinical consultation between Brooke Darmstadter Pharm D and Dr. Ronal Luna at Seaford Internal Medicine. Brooke reached out to PMD on 07/03/24 to inform of REPRIEVE study data and recommend a change in statin to rosuvastatin 20mg. MD responded on 11/01/24 approving change to rosuvastatin 20mg. Client completed course of pravastatin, then started rosuvastatin 20mg daily at the end of December.
