Webinar Title: Decreasing Barriers Along the Public Health Care Continuum for Individuals with HIV and Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
The purpose of this webinar is to enable participants to increase their knowledge regarding improving access to care for patients with HIV and substance use disorders.
Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Describe common access challenges faced by individuals with substance use and HIV when navigating the HIV and Behavioral Health Care Continuums.
- Explain how barriers affect individuals with substance use disorders and HIV along the HIV and Behavioral Health Care Continuums.
- Discuss steps providers can take to improve access to care and increase bidirectional integration of SUD and HIV public health interventions.
