This full day summit will address:

Epidemiology of older adults with HIV in the state of Maryland
Putting together the best health care team for older adults with HIV: looking at 2 Maryland Models using geriatric assessments in their HIV Clinic
Building capacity to meet the needs of an aging population
Utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach
Understanding the unique Social Determinants of Health that impact older adults
Integrating HIV and Aging Services in Maryland to close gaps
Explore new funding streams
