This is a two day course which will be held on October 4 and 5, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
This training provides a Trauma Informed Context for Medical Case Management that includes strategies for effective interviewing, assessing readiness for change, de-escalation, ways to evaluate access and utilization of services. Administrative expectations will also be covered, including Supervision, the Standard and Comprehensive MCM models and writing appropriate DAP notes.
