Bio:
Ben Link and Michelle Rackish are third-year law students at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law concentrating in law and health care. They are members of the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic, which partners with UMMS's THRIVE and STAR TRACK clinics to provide free legal services to individuals with HIV. Ben is the third-year class representative for the law school's LGBTQ-affinity club, OUTLaw, and worked as a policy analyst for D.C.'s Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services prior to starting law school. Michelle is the former co-president of the law school's Student Health Law Organization and earned her master's degree in bioethics from Case Western Reserve University in 2020.
