UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM,THE PARTICIPANT WILL BE ABLE TO:

· Demonstrate safe work practices

·Identify the QA steps required before, during and after rapid HIV testing

·List the steps of the HIV prevention counseling protocol in conducting the rapid HIV test

·Perform a waived rapid HIV test correctly

· Demonstrate the integration of HIV prevention counseling into the rapid testing process
