Description
The purpose of this webinar is to increase participant knowledge of legal instruments involved in estate planning, the importance of these tools, and the impact these tools can have on patient care.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Explain the difference between legal instruments that have effect during a person's lifetime, and those that take effect after one's demise.
- Explain the importnace of the various legal tools that are available for needs of persons who are unable to communicate or are incapable of managing their own affairs.
- Demonstrate the differences, strengths and weaknesses of various instruments and statutes.
