Description

Description: The workplace comes with many challenges that can lead to stress injuries. Knowing how to foster well-being is critical. After attending this one-hour webinar, participants will be able to identify where they are on the stress continuum, define wellbeing, describe signs and symptoms of workplace stress and explain a framework for fostering personal wellbeing.

Featured Speaker:  Dr. Christina G. Watlington, Caregiver Wellbeing Specialist at Christiana Care.
