COVID 19 continues to redefine our collective reality with its deep impact on the social safety net to include childcare, education, eldercare, and most notably the world of work. The advent of the pandemic has brought with it an array of challenges to include: reductions in force, furloughs, budget shortfalls, the restructuring of benefit programs, and an erosion of work-life balance for the larger workforce. Consequently, employers and policy makers are tasked with reinventing the world of work seemingly overnight as a multitude of companies are attempting to sure up their own relevancy and economic survival. With this challenge, employees must equally navigate household financial sustainability and the management of the health of their households. This webinar will be comprised of a panel of experts that will explore workforce policy implications, employee wellbeing, and best practices and strategies for workforces that are attempting to navigate this ever-evolving employment landscape.
