Description

This is Session 6 of the virtual Virginia Prevention Community of Practice sessions. In this session, Nationz Foundations will be covering information on their Transcend Program. Nationz Foundation has a special focus on the LGBTQIA+ community to access HIV and STI testing, linkage to care, and holistic services to increase wellness.
