As a result of this program, participants will have increased knowledge about the newest clinical updates for the LGBTQ population.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Identify key aspects of culturally competent care for patients that identify as LGBTQ
- Describe best practices for engaging patients that identify as LGBTQ in clinical services
- Utilize appropriate language when working with LGBTQ patients in clinical settings
